Born in Valencia 1968. Son of actors, he debuted at the age of six, in the company of the Teatro Talia in Valencia, where his parents worked. From then on, whenever they needed a child, there was “the son of Linares”.
In his adolescence he worked for various theater companies that were dedicated, basically, to tour small towns in the Valencian community, performing farces in Valencian. He also had his first professional experience in the audiovisual world shooting commercials.
In his youth he was part of the company “Teatrejove” in Valencia, where he starred in a couple of productions: “As You Like It” and “Macbeth” by William Shakespeare. He also worked in Madrid in series and films, among them the mythical series “Los ladrones van a la oficina” for Antena 3, where he participated in several seasons playing the son of Fernando Fernán GĂłmez.
He has worked for several theater companies, both in Madrid and Valencia, in more than 30 professional productions. In the audiovisual industry he has collaborated in more than 50 films and TV series to date.
In 2017 he won the award for best leading actor at the Alicante Film Festival for “Inocente”, dir. by Pau MartĂ­nez. A year later he received the award for best performance at the XXVII Madrid Film Festival for “Primeros dĂ­as”, dir. by Luis Eduardo PĂ©rez. He has been nominated twice as a leading actor in the awards granted by the Valencian Audiovisual Academy.
