berna llobell
Berna Llobell (Potries, 1953) is a Valencian actor in theater, film and television. Trained in dramatic art, theatrical anthropology, voice techniques, makeup, verse, fencing and Commedia dell’Arte.
In 1986, he began his professional career as an actor with the play El paria, by August Strindberg, directed by Guillem Català. Since then, in addition to continuing his theatrical career, he has worked in a multitude of series, telefilms, feature films and shorts.
He gained much popularity thanks to his interpretation of the character of El Tio Pep in L’Alqueria Blanca, a Valencian series in which he participated in its 16 seasons. He has also appeared in feature films such as Satán-Café (Juli Leal, 1991), Las palabras de Vero (Octavi Masià, 2004) and Llenos de gracia de (Roberto Bueso 2022) as well as national series such as Cuéntame que te paso, La que se Avecina, La Ruta or Paraíso.
Since 1988, he has worked as a dubbing actor for TV3, Antena 3, RTVV and Canal +.
He received the Award for Best Dubbing Performance for the production Awakenings (dubbing Robin Williams) at the third edition of the Tirant Awards in 1999 and the 2011 AAPV Award for Best Male Audiovisual Performance.
